What is Trade Dispute?

Trade Dispute occurs when a trade is unable to be completed due to conflicts arising from payment.

We consider the trade, payment evidence and trade terms to resolve the dispute, making sure that malicious activities are prevented and users are protected.

Trade dispute can be initiated on any of the following scenarios:

  • Seller not receiving funds from the buyer after the trade has been marked as paid.

  • Incomplete payment from the buyer

  • Seller not releasing coin after the buyer has indicated payment.
