Resolving A Dispute

The first step is to directly contact the person you are trading with to see if the issue can be resolved without involving DexPay Admin as an intermediary. This is the fastest way to resolve a dispute. You can contact them by pressing the message Buyer/Seller button on your trade page or directly contacting the other party via the phone number provided.
If after messaging the buyer/seller, you weren't able to reach a reasonable conclusion you can proceed to dispute the trade. After Disputing a trade, you will be able to access the dispute room from your βPendingβ tab.
Select βEnter dispute roomβ : This will take you to the dispute resolution channel on Telegram where our representative will come in to mediate the resolution process
Note : If a user is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, resulting in a dispute, their wallets may be flagged, suspended or blacklisted. This dispute resolution process is conducted via Telegram hence users are advised to have Telegram Messenger installed on their devices.
