✍️How To Dispute A Trade

To Dispute a Trade:

Click the “Dispute Trade” Button on the trade page of the trade you intend to dispute and proceed to fill in the reason for your dispute.

  • You can review the status of the disputed trade under the pending tab.

  • The “Dispute Trade” button is only available after the timer on your trade page counts down to zero.

  • You can only dispute a trade 30 minutes after payment confirmation has been made.

Note: You cannot dispute a trade after the trade has been completed
